Hope you are all having a great week and excited to kick off the month of March on a healthy note with it being National Nutrition Month! National Nutrition Month is a nutrition education and information campaign created annually by the American Dietetic Association. The campaign focuses attention on the importance of making informed food choices and developing sound eating and physical activity habits.We are now 3 months into the New Year and hopefully all of those New Year’s resolutions are being maintained to ensure everyone looks and feels fabulous! Remember, Spring is just around the corner (at least let’s hope!)!
